How long does it take for an order to ship?

Processing times is usually 2 days but can take longer if experiencing a large volume of orders. Shipping can take 2-5 days depending on which method you choose at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on orders of $50 or more

Do you ship internationally?

At this point we do not ship outside of the U.S. Hopefully we will be able to expand in the future!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

What do I do if my item is wrong or damaged during shipment?

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged during shipping
we are happy to replace your items. Please reach out to
dani@paperandpendragon.com and include a photo of the items you received
or the damage done from shipping. We cannot cover replacements for
items damaged or broken after delivery.
